    Booking and Appointments

    All appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment and provide relevant pre-appointment information in advance.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to attend or late cancellation may result in a charge. Please note that the individual clinic sites may also have their own cancellation policies which apply in addition to ours.

    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary, and will provide you with as much notice as reasonably possible.

    Fees and Payment

    Fees for our services will be quoted at the time of booking. All fees are payable on the day of your appointment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

    If you are using private medical insurance, it is your responsibility to verify that your policy covers the services you are booking and to obtain any required pre-authorisation from your insurer before your appointment. Any shortfall between the insurer's payment and the fee charged will be your responsibility.

    We accept payment by card, cash, or bank transfer.
